Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Implementation
- Perform technical project activities including design, system integration, data analysis, modelling, application development, site installation, and commissioning.
- Identify technical issues that impact project performance (scope, delays, change requests).
- Provide project performance metrics to management and support best practice documentation.
- Lead advanced analytics projects and mentor junior engineers.
Support
- Provide product, engineering, and application support to existing customers.
- Perform system health checks, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Follow up on recommendations to maximize application value.
Sales Support
- Assist Solution Consultants/Sales Engineers with market development and project closure activities.
Management
- Engage in professional development to remain cost-effective.
- Support project staffing to optimize department margins.
Metrics
- Deliver projects on-time, within scope and budget.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and contract/project margins.
- Meet or exceed PQSW (Project, Quote, Sales, Warranty) targets and maintain relevant industry certifications.
