Responsibilities
Primary Skills:
- Must have a minimum of 14 years of Software development experience with at least 8+ years developing Mobile Applications on Android and iOS platforms (predominantly Android)
- Must have expert knowledge of Enterprise Mobile application development.
- Must have experience with writing and interacting with web services / back-end service end points (SOAP/REST) with SOA framework
- Must have ability to organize large-scale front-end mobile application codebases using common mobile design patterns and libraries.
- Strong familiarities in dealing with different tools (Android Studio / Xcode, Java/Swift, React Native, HTML,SQLite/Core Data, Kotlin, Git, Team City, Octopus etc.) and software development methodologies (Agile, TDD (Test driven development, Water fall etc.)
- Strong knowledge of communicating with other devices peripherals over Bluetooth / NFC / RFID / Wi-Fi / Other communication mechanisms.
- Knowledge on cross platform / hybrid mobile app development such as Cordova / Xamarin / any other.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Secondary Skills
- User interface design experience
- Experience in user interface (UI) design
- Familiarity with unit testing of mid-layer and front-end code
- Experience and knowledge of the application deployment process on app stores (Android / iOS)
- Passionate about CI/CD and automation
