Advanced Excel and Tally Prime Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tally Prime with GST & Advanced Excel Trainer who can conduct sessions in Marathi and English and prepare complete training content (PPTs, assignments, practice files, case studies, dashboards, etc.). The trainer should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Location: Aundh (Work from Office)

Role Type: Full-Time

Medium of Instruction: Marathi + English

Training & Delivery:

Conduct Basic to Advanced training on Tally Prime with GST and Advanced Excel

Train students using real-time business scenarios and practical simulations

Deliver sessions in simple, easy-to-understand language

Conduct assignments, case studies, MIS projects, and dashboards

Handle student queries, assessments, and 1:1 doubt-clearing

Course Recording & Content Development:

Record the complete course module-wise (Basic to Advanced)

Create structured video lectures for Tally and Excel

Prepare practice data, GST case studies, MIS datasets, and assignments

Ensure high-quality screen recording and clear audio

Update or re-record content as per new Excel features, GST updates, and Tally versions

Academic Coordination:

Coordinate with Academic and Operations teams

Follow academic SOPs for training and recording

Share regular updates on batch progress and content development

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging content for Tally Prime with GST and Advanced Excel

Prepare hands-on exercises, dashboards, GST entries, and analysis reports

Conduct interactive live sessions and provide timely feedback

Support learners in applying Tally, GST, and Excel skills in real business scenarios

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry and training experience

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST workflows, and Advanced Excel tools

Ability to explain complex concepts clearly in Marathi and English

Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred
