Job Description

Required Qualification: Master's in Clinical Psychology



Job Purpose: Assisting in test development research activities; related to the adaptation & standardisation of Pearson's assessments.



Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)



Responsibilities:



  • Data scoring / checking


  • Liaising with external professionals, research participants, editors & printers


  • Working closely with international teams on standardisation projects


  • Recruitment of data collection sites


  • Liaising with other functions of the Clinical Assessment Division (as required)


  • Any other activity required (as part of the role)


Skills required:



  • Verbal & written proficiency in English


  • Reading/writing/speaking of atleast one of these languages-Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Marathi/Bengali


  • Good communication & interpersonal skills


  • Ability to multi-task across projects


  • Ability to meet goals (as per timelines)


Preferred Experience:



  • Atleast 2 years in different settings i.e. Hospitals, Clinics, Child Guidance Centers, Schools (as counselor)
