DGS Technical Services Inc. (DGSTS) is a Structural Steel Design, Detailing, Connection Design, and Mechanical Engineering Services company based in Elgin, IL, USA. We provide end-to-end solutions with offshore delivery capabilities from India, Philippines, and Canada. Our team of engineers specializes in various disciplines to meet client needs, including 3D Modeling, CAD customization, and tool simulation. DGSTS serves multiple industries such as oil and gas, energy, locomotive, food processing equipment, material handling equipment, packaging, automation, and semiconductor, utilizing CAD tools like SolidWorks, Autodesk, Solidedge, Creo, and Tekla.

This is a full-time on-site role for Design Engineers, Tekla/SDS-2 Modelers, and Checkers located in Bengaluru. The role involves creating detailed structural steel designs, modeling in Tekla and SDS-2 software, performing connection design, and ensuring accuracy through checking and quality assurance processes. Daily tasks include collaboration with team members, coordination with clients, updating designs based on feedback, and adhering to project timelines and specifications.

• Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering skills
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, including Tekla and SDS-2
• Experience in Product Design and Development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the structural steel industry is a plus
