Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Ads Success Manager to join our team, specializing in
marketplace advertising for Amazon,Google Meta,Flipkart. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the
advertiser success by effective communication, providing strategic insights and data-driven
recommendations, leading the media buying team, and collaborating with various teams to
ensure client goals are met efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Marketplace Advertising Strategy: Lead advertising for Amazon,Google Meta,Flipkart driving performance and efficiency.
Data-Driven Insights: Guide the marketplace team with actionable, data-backed opportunities for scaling advertising efforts and optimizing performance. Provide deep insights into marketplace sentiments and trends to enhance overall strategy.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with
Category Managers across marketplaces to generate key insights and develop
strategic plans that drive client success.
Platform Trends & Innovations: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging
platform capabilities. Integrate new functionalities and updates into existing client
strategies for continuous improvement.
Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, focusing on the retention
and growth of both existing and newly onboarded clients.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor the marketplace media
buying team, setting clear goals and ensuring performance targets are achieved.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly the Strategy team, to pitch
innovative solutions to prospective clients.
Budget & Goal Planning: Oversee monthly budget planning and set actionable
goals in line with client roadmaps, ensuring alignment between client expectations
and performance outcomes.
Client Review Meetings: Lead weekly/bi-weekly client review meetings by guiding
the team in preparing comprehensive review decks that highlight key performance
opportunities, growth areas, and action plans.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate daily with media buyers and operations
teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and optimize performance.
Primary KPIs: Focus on driving revenue and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) as the
primary key performance indicators, ensuring all efforts are aligned with these
outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing advertising
across major marketplaces like Google Meta, Amazon,Flipkart.
Skills: Strong oratory, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to communicate
complex ideas effectively to both internal teams and clients.
Marketplace Performance Understanding: In-depth knowledge of factors that
influence marketplace performance, including:
Organic share drivers
Conversion rate optimization techniques
Seasonal and sales planning strategies
Category benchmarking & market research to inform decisions and strategies
