We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and drive organic growth through SEO strategies.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to build high-performing marketing funnels that deliver measurable ROI.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media (Meta & Google Ads)
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Structure campaigns strategically (TOF/MOF/BOF funnel approach).
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns profitably.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and optimize conversion rates.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content for search visibility.
- Work with content team to build SEO-friendly blogs & landing pages.
- Monitor rankings, traffic growth, and technical SEO improvements.
- Improve on-page & basic off-page SEO performance.
Reporting & Strategy
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights.
- Present results and growth plans to clients.
- Identify new growth opportunities across paid & organic channels.
- Stay updated with ad policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 1+ year hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page & keyword research).
- Strong understanding of funnels, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Experience managing D2C or eCommerce brands preferred.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Agency experience is a plus.
