We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Ads Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Your focus will be to drive high ROI, increase conversions, and grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, keyword research, and ad creative analysis
- Collaborate with the design/content team to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising
- Manage ad budgets effectively and scale campaigns based on performance
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in managing paid ads, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful ROI-driven campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, GTM, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Google Ads & Meta Certifications are a plus
