Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and audience research for campaign optimization
  • Set up and optimize Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and targeting strategies
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copy suggestions

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads Manager
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to optimize campaigns independently
  • Basic understanding of funnel strategy and retargeting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in paid advertising

Preferred (Optional)

  • Experience in e-commerce campaigns
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
  • Experience with conversion tracking setup
