Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Conduct keyword research and audience research for campaign optimization
- Set up and optimize Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and targeting strategies
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copy suggestions
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads Manager
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to optimize campaigns independently
- Basic understanding of funnel strategy and retargeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in paid advertising
Preferred (Optional)
- Experience in e-commerce campaigns
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
- Experience with conversion tracking setup
