Job Description

The Data Analyst who can work closely with SME s, operations and management on analytics.

The candidate would be a business aware self-starter responsible for enabling data driven decisions by setting up a reporting framework for daily/weekly metrics, helping with ad-hoc analysis and any fundamental research exercise.

This job is well-suited to people who have problem-solving skills, work well as part of a team, and can manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and keep to projected schedules.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Have passion for sourcing, manipulating and visualizing data
  • Apply direction and confidence to design qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Partner with key members from technical and non-technical teams to build and enable high quality decisions

  • Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Overall 3-6 years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of total working experience as a Data Analyst is required
  • Very Strong in Python - mandate
  • Minimum of 2 years Statistical programming experience
  • Databricks Hands On
  • SQL Knowledge and Hands-on experience is a mandate
  • Proficiency in using numpy, pandas, Sklearn and other analytical packages
  • Good understanding on Statistics, mathematics and with a Critical thinking mindset
  • Ability to utilize visualization the analytics and data using Tableau
  • Excellent business communication/(verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
