We are seeking a hands-on Adobe Target Developer to drive personalization and experimentation initiatives across high-traffic digital platforms. This is an engineering-focused role requiring strong frontend expertise and practical experience in implementing A/B testing and targeted user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
- Implement experiences using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (both code-based and form-based approaches).
- Integrate Adobe Target using at.js / Web SDK and manage deployments via Adobe Launch (Tags).
- Enable and support A4T (Adobe Analytics for Target) integration.
- Work with data layers, APIs, and DOM manipulation to deliver dynamic, personalized experiences.
- Debug, test, and optimize implementations across browsers, devices, and page types.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to execute the experimentation roadmap.
- Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, and clean code practices.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in frontend development or MarTech implementation.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Target (at.js / Web SDK).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (hands-on coding required).
- Experience with Adobe Launch (Tags) or similar tag management systems.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and A4T integration.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
Good To Have
- Experience with SPA frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Audience Manager.
- Experience working with eCommerce or high-traffic digital platforms.
- Understanding of performance optimization and page speed impact.
