Adobe Target Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 4–6 years of experience in frontend development or MarTech implementation

● Strong expertise in Adobe Target (at.js / Web SDK)

● Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (hands-on coding required)

● Experience with Adobe Launch (Tags) or similar tag management systems

● Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and A4T integration

● Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and deploy A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using

Adobe Target

● Implement experiences using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (both code-based and

form-based approaches)

● Integrate Adobe Target using at.js / Web SDK and manage deployments via Adobe

Launch (Tags)

● Enable and support A4T (Adobe Analytics for Target) integration

● Work with data layers, APIs, and DOM manipulation to deliver dynamic, personalized

experiences

● Debug, test, and optimize implementations across browsers, devices, and page types

● Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to execute the

experimentation roadmap

● Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, and clean code practices
