Job Description

As an Adobe CoE - Technology Leader to support progressing Capgemini's growth plans by bringing to the table your technology expertise in Adobe, Solution architecture, consulting, presales and delivery skills. Picture yourself working with a highly motivated, successful, and diverse team focused on driving services across the Adobe ecosystem - Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, Marketing, Data cloud and Document Cloud, etc. This role is based out of India and will focus on our clients in APAC and providing solutioning / presales support to the markets like NA, EU.

This person will be responsible for.

• Lead and take point on all Adobe solutioning, presales and consulting around the Adobe Platform for APAC and support NA, EU teams from India as an extended offshore arm
• Work with sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities in the Adobe ecosystem (Creative, Experience, Marketing, etc) space specifically
• Partner with alliance and sales teams to drive go to market initiatives and evangelize solutions and offerings
• Be the go-to person for platform strategy, solutioning and how to best leverage the Adobe platform for our clients
• Mentor, guide and manage team of architects, presales consultants, etc around the Adobe Platform
• Establish credentials and point of views / thought leadership with our clients on Adobe
• Anchor small to large proposals in the Adobe space from presales perspective
• Understand and have experience constructing estimation models / financial models for proposals / RFPs / RFIs

Primary Skill

He/She/They OR, the incumbent will have 15-25 years of experience as an Adobe lead and proficient in Adobe ecosystem with a strong project track record. A bachelor's degree is required:

Required Professional and Technical Expertise -

• 15+ overall IT industry expertise preferably with large IT Consulting and Services firms
• 10+ years of experience working with Adobe Ecosystem
• 5+ years managing large geographically spread teams
• 5+ years architecting solutions for Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, DAM, AEP, Analytics, etc)
• 5+ years in selling and negotiating consulting services
• 5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles
• SME in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, DAM, AEP, Analytics, etc), CICD around Adobe platform, Model Driven, etc
• SME on Adobe data model and migration strategies
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and be able to drive discussions around marketing strategy, pipeline, attribution,

Secondary Skill

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Preferrable with domain experience on Financial Services industry
• Preferred understanding of the integration technologies like Mulesoft
• Hands on experience extending the business applications using the Adobe platform
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, enterprise architecture and governance models
• Good understanding of global delivery models and experience working with multiple offshore locations

• Broad knowledge of how the IT landscape with evolving with cloud, digital and technology playing the catalyst for innovation
