Job Description

  • Work with CX Division as an Adobe Campaign Developer. The candidate will work closely with multiple teams, including Digital Channels, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and other business and technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with overall strategy.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
  • The developers primary responsibility is to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns with Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Provide and be knowledgeable in best practices in campaign development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables; implement and support automation for lights-out triggered communications
  • From data analyses, develop, test and measure campaign strategies that will drive desired customer behavior
  • Write test cases to ensure the quality of the product
  • End-to-end responsibility to deliver the solutions in all the environments: DEV/SIT/UAT/Prod.
  • Participate in functional testing with the testing team in SIT and Users in UAT.
  • Contribute to support activities.
  • Ability to analyze, debug any code issues.
  • Raise the issue to the team lead or higher management in case it involves risk to the project timeline.
Contributing Responsibilities
  • Work closely with work with the Business Analyst, Technical Lead and Solution architects to understand the business requirements and translate them to technical solutions in the application
  • Contribute to the technical specifications and ensure proper traceability with detailed specifications & code
  • Maintain the quality of the developments according to norms & standards (frameworks, source control, technical reviews, code reviews)
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in computer science or computer engineering
  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Campaign Classic Workflow Design & Development is a must
  • Agile/ Kanban development methodology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • High level of professionalism, patience and maturity
  • Team Player
Advantages:
  • General banking knowledge or Banking knowledge related to Private banking
  • Exposure to the following domains is a plus: Analytics, Mobile Technologies.
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager Platform and/or Adobe Analytics / Launch
  • Experience with Java Development
  • Knowledge and experience on Docker Kubernetes and Cloud technology
  • Knowledge and experience with CI/CD tools (GIT / BitBucket & Jenkins)
