Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Design and develop personalized, multi
- channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Build and optimize delivery workflows, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Configure recurring and trigger

- Template and Workflow Development:
- Develop dynamic and responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and scripting languages like JavaScript and Velocity.
- Create and optimize campaign workflows, data workflows, and complex processes in Adobe Campaign.

- Integrate Adobe Campaign with other tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, CRMs like Salesforce, or analytics platforms).
- Set up and manage external data sources, schemas, and data loading processes.
- Ensure seamless integration with APIs, databases, and third
- party systems.
- Testing and Troubleshooting:
- Perform end to end campaign testing, QA, and troubleshooting for email delivery, workflows, and data.
- Analyze and debug issues related to campaign execution and platform performance.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations like GDPR.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Hands on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (minimum 2-4 years).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, XML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience in HTML, CSS, and responsive email design.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and other Adobe products (AEM, Analytics, Target) is a plus.
Data Handling:
- Strong knowledge of database concepts, data schemas, and segmentation strategies.
