Required Experience
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics with strong ownership of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
- Proficient in JavaScript and JQuery would be a plus.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining analytics tags, variables (eVars/props/events), classifications, and processing rules.
- Proficiency with at least one data visualization tool (Adobe Analytics Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) to build automated, stakeholder-friendly dashboards.
- Solid understanding of web/app analytics fundamentals: cookie/ECID behavior, sessionization, UTM governance, funnels, attribution basics.
- Experience working with data layers and debugging tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Browser DevTools)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable narratives
Good To Have
- Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform schemas/connections.
- Knowledge of server-side tagging, server calls vs. client calls, and data collection via APIs.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO) and experiment analytics.
- Scripting or automation (e.g., Python for data QA, API extracts; Git for version control).
- Exposure to cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and ELT tools (e.g., Fivetran, dbt).
- Understanding of privacy and compliance (GDPR, CCPA), consent management, and IAB TCF frameworks.
- Mobile analytics experience (SDKs, trackAction/trackState, lifecycle metrics).
- Basic knowledge of marketing tech stack integrations (ad platforms, CDPs, CRM).
- Awareness of industry norms, privacy guidelines, risk mitigation controls, and information security standards.
- Experience with setting up initial infrastructure and establishing a strong foundation while identifying best practices for ongoing maintenance to ensure it is reliable and secure.
- Utilize personal creativity and innovation to identify opportunities and solve problems effectively.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
