- Implementation & Configuration:Design, implement, and maintain Adobe Analytics tracking solutions across digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
- Data Analysis:Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving improvements in customer experience and engagement.
- Reporting & Visualization:Create and automate custom reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and trends to various teams.
- Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking and alignment with business goals.
- Quality Assurance:Perform regular audits of tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Documentation:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of tracking specifications, data layers, and reporting processes.
- Training & Support:Provide training and support to team members on Adobe Analytics tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience:3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including tag management systems (eg, Adobe Launch), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Attention to Detail:Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL or similar database query languages.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
