Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Admissions Specialist for our on-site location in Dehradun. The role involves supporting prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process. Key responsibilities include providing information about educational programs, assisting with enrollment procedures, managing inquiries, and building strong relationships with prospective students. The Admissions Specialist will actively participate in sales, recruitment, and customer service efforts to ensure a positive experience for applicants.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and assist prospective students and parents effectively.
  • Experience in Sales and Student Recruiting, with a proactive approach to meeting enrollment goals.
  • Knowledge of the Education sector and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic aspirations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Proficiency in managing admissions software tools and databases is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
