Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional who excels at creating and closing new opportunities. This role is responsible for establishing a standardized, transparent, and efficient admissions presales process from handling enquiries and counselling prospective students to managing follow-ups, applications, documentation, and system updates.

Using a consultative approach, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to identify potential leads and guide prospective students in selecting the most suitable programs aligned with their career aspirations and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all prospective candidates.
  • Provide accurate, ethical, and comprehensive counselling to guide students toward informed decisions.
  • Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to nurture and convert leads.
  • Map each student's profile to the most suitable academic program.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and real-time system updates within the CRM.
  • Maintain transparency and efficiency throughout the admissions process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in the education sector with working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with a positive mindset and go-getter attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process adherence.
