Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Outreach position at Woxsen University, located in Hyderabad. The Admissions Outreach professional will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential students via various channels, conducting on-campus and off-campus events, assisting with application processes, and collaborating with the university's marketing and student recruiting teams. The role aims to increase student enrollment by effectively communicating the value of Woxsen University and its programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Student Recruiting
• Experience in the Education sector
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel for university outreach events
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
