Role Overview

The Admissions Manager will be responsible for driving student admissions across centers, improving visit-to-admission conversions, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting monthly revenue goals. This role involves team coordination, sales follow-through, performance management, and payment collections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Sales Conversion

  • Drive follow-ups post visits/meetings and ensure closures from enquiries to admissions.
  • Maximize conversions from qualified visits to successful admissions.
  • Achieve monthly admissions & revenue targets.
  • Conduct second-level calls post center visits to accelerate closures.
  • Identify reasons for lost deals and initiate improvement actions.

2. Visit Scheduling & Center Footfall Management

  • Plan and schedule center visits in coordination with the sales team.
  • Confirm and ensure visit show-ups for scheduled appointments.
  • Foster maximum line-ups, visits, and meetings from qualified leads.
  • Maintain consistent weekly visit rates at center level.

3. Hiring, Training & Quality Management

  • Mentor, coach, and support the sales team to improve performance and execution.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews in collaboration with Quality & Training teams.
  • Ensure CRM entries are accurate, updated, and tracked through closure.
  • Implement best practices for consistent sales excellence.

4. Collections & Payment Tracking

  • Ensure timely collection of student fees and completion of formalities.
  • Oversee end-to-end collection processes and resolve payment issues proactively.
  • Maintain student dropout rate below prescribed benchmarks.

5. Reporting, Forecasting & MIS

  • Analyze lead sources, performance metrics, and conversion ratios.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates on deal progress, closures, and pipeline movement.
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and maintain transparent reporting.
  • Maintain MIS dashboards with closure insights and ROI analysis.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Visit to Admission Conversion: >35%
  • Weekly visit benchmarks: 8 meetings per sales team member
  • Admission to Dropout Ratio: <5%
  • Achievement of Monthly Admissions & Revenue Targets

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 38 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or revenue management (education sector preferred).
  • Experience in center-based sales, B2C counseling, or career training industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & people management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting dashboards & process execution.
  • Target-oriented mindset with proven conversion success.
