Role Description

Counsel students for study abroad opportunities

Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions

Follow up with students through calls and meetings

Visit colleges and institutions for collaboration and lead generation

Organize seminars and student awareness sessions

Maintain student admission records and documentation

Application process till visa process to be handled.

Experience in overseas education counseling (USA / UK / Europe)

Strong communication and counseling skills

Positive To-Do attitude

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Willingness to travel for college visits and seminars

Qualifications

• Proficiency in student guidance, admissions management, and familiarity with overseas education systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with students, parents, and institutional partners
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple applications and processes simultaneously
• Analytical skills to assess applications, review documents, and provide accurate recommendations
• Familiarity with CRM tools or educational management systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field
• International education experience or knowledge of visa processes and requirements is a plus
• A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
