Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at our Jaipur location. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, guide them through the admissions process, and provide assistance with documentation and visa applications. They will also build strong relationships with students and families, provide accurate information about study opportunities in Germany, and support students in selecting the best fit programs based on their goals and qualifications. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members to achieve enrollment targets and offering impeccable customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students and parents
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills to deliver a professional and impactful experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Education processes, particularly in international studies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for qualifications in Communication, Business, Marketing, or Education
