Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Faridabad. The Admissions Counselor will support prospective students by providing guidance on admission processes, assisting with university and course selection, and advising on visa and documentation requirements. The role involves maintaining effective communication with students and families, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving enrolment goals by helping students make informed decisions about their education in Germany.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Knowledge of the Education sector and processes related to admissions and visa requirements
• Ability to build and maintain trust with students and families
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Prior experience in education consulting is a plus
