Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, provide thorough information about academic programs, and guide them through the admissions process. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assessing applicants for enrollment, delivering exceptional customer service, and working towards achieving admissions and enrollment goals. Regular communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively guide and support prospective students.
• Sales skills to meet enrollment goals and successfully guide applicants from inquiry to enrollment.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a remote team environment.
• Prior experience in academic admissions, customer support, or related fields is advantageous.
• Comfortable using communication and collaboration tools in a remote work setting.
