Role Overview
We are hiring Admission Counselors to manage lead-to-admission conversions for our education clients (colleges, institutes, EdTech platforms). This role focuses on student counseling, lead nurturing, and conversion, working closely with performance marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads generated via digital campaigns (Google, Meta, portals)
- Counsel students/parents about client courses, fees, eligibility & admission process
- Qualify leads and guide them through decision-making
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions for clients
- Maintain CRM and daily conversion reports
- Coordinate with client admission teams when required
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years experience in admission counseling / inside sales
- Experience working with education clients (college, institute, EdTech)
- Strong communication, objection-handling & closing skills
- Comfortable with targets & performance metrics
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead funnels
- Graduate (any stream)
