We are looking for an experienced Senior Admissions Counsellor to lead parent engagement and drive admissions for our Bengaluru campus.

Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for prospective parents. You'll guide families from their first enquiry to enrolment, and you'll represent the TSUS philosophy with warmth, credibility and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel parents on the curriculum, pedagogy, campus facilities, fee structure, transport, after-school activities and day care, over calls, walk-ins and email
• Conduct campus tours and run the full admissions process, including enquiry, school visit, interaction or assessment, documentation and fee closure
• Achieve monthly and annual admission targets across grades
• Follow up on leads promptly and keep CRM records accurate
• Plan and represent TSUS at open houses, pre-school outreach, residential community events, corporate tie-ups and school fairs
• Work with the marketing team on campaigns, lead quality and parent feedback
• Build referral pipelines through existing parents, communities and partner networks
• Mentor junior counsellors and front-office staff on parent communication and conversion
• Prepare regular reports on the admissions funnel, conversions and competitor insights

What We're Looking For

• Graduate or postgraduate degree (an MBA or a background in education is a plus)
• 4–7 years of admissions counselling experience, ideally at a reputed CBSE, ICSE or IB school in Bengaluru
• A proven track record of meeting admission targets
• Excellent communication, presentation and parent-handling skills in English. Kannada, Hindi or other regional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Bengaluru K-12 school landscape and what parents look for when choosing a school
• Familiarity with CRM and school ERP tools
• A warm, empathetic and well-presented personality, and willingness to work on weekends during peak admission season
