Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Associate Sales Representative. The responsibilities include generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting tailored solutions to meet clients needs. The representative will engage in regular client communications, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve sales targets. This role also involves market research to identify new business opportunities and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes, client management, and customer relationship building.
  • Proficiency in market research and the ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, education, or EdTech is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Location: Bengaluru (In-Office)

Compensation: As per the industry standards

Experience: 23 years in sales.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Conduct (deliver) scheduled product demos to prospective customers

Handle objections, answer queries, and showcase product value

Convert demos into sales/revenue (primary conversion owner)

Proactively make calls to set up own demos as needed

Maintain accurate CRM records and daily reportingKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of demos delivered per week/month

Demo-to-sale conversion rate (%)

Revenue generated from demos

Number of self-sourced demos

CRM update accuracy

Requirements:

23 years sales experience (edtech, banking, consumer sales preferred)

Fluent in Kannada & English (must)

Strong demo/presentation skills, conversion focus, and accountability
