Admissions Counselor

We are seeking an Admissions Counselor for a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about university programs, and assisting applicants with inquiries. The role involves maintaining regular communication with prospective students, organizing campus tours, collaborating with the admissions team, and contributing to enrollment targets through personalized support and outreach activities.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage with prospective students effectively
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales, particularly in educational or similar environments
• Knowledge or experience in the Education field, particularly with admissions processes
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents while addressing their queries
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in admissions or student counseling
• Fluency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus
