Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for the role of Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will assist prospective students by providing personalized educational counseling, helping with course selection, and guiding them through the admission process. The role involves building strong relationships with students and their families, coordinating with educational institutions, and ensuring a seamless counseling experience while promoting PlanEdu's services.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Experience in Customer Service to provide quality assistance and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Sales to promote PlanEdu's services and assist with admissions processes.
• An understanding of the Education system and admission processes in reputed colleges and universities.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and deliver tailored counseling for a diverse set of students.
• Relevant experience in educational counseling or admissions is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
