Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in New Delhi. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the application and enrollment process. Daily tasks include providing detailed course and program information, addressing queries, offering consultation in choosing suitable programs, handling admission-related inquiries, maintaining accurate records, achieving enrollment targets, and building positive relationships with students and their families.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
• Proficiency in communication and sales to effectively convey course offerings and guide students in their decision-making process.
• Experience in the education field or admissions-related roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
