Role Description
The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about the programs offered, and assisting with application and enrollment procedures. The role involves building strong relationships with prospective students and addressing inquiries with a high level of customer service. Additional tasks include conducting outreach, participating in admissions-related events, and maintaining accurate student records and communication logs.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills for interactions with prospective students and their families
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to foster relationships and support enrollment goals
- Knowledge of the education sector and an understanding of academic admissions processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while meeting deadlines and targets
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a related area is a plus
