We are seeking a motivated and student-friendly Admission Counselor (Sales) to join MyOnlinePrep at our Patna office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing course guidance, managing follow-ups, and converting leads into admissions. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for helping learners, and an interest in the EdTech industry, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibility
- Counsel students and banking professionals about JAIIB/CAIIB courses.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads from Google, Meta, YouTube, and walk-ins into admissions.
- Maintain records and updates in the CRM system.
- Assist walk-in students at the Patna office with course information.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smoother admission flow.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build long-term trust and relationships with learners.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream.
- 03 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or admission counseling.
- Previous EdTech or counseling experience is a plus.
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage and guide prospective students effectively
- Customer Service skills to deliver excellent support and address student concerns with professionalism
- Sales skills with the ability to promote courses and meet enrollment targets
- Basic computer and WhatsApp proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Enthusiasm for working with students and helping them achieve their goals
