About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our student counseling and inside sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about guiding students, managing relationships, and contributing to the growth of our educational programs. The CRO will play a key role in connecting with prospective students, understanding their academic goals, and helping them make informed decisions about their study options.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound interactions through calls, emails, and chats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students and internal stakeholders.
- Guide students through program details and assist in selecting suitable courses.
- Convert leads into applications by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
- Record and maintain student information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collect and analyze feedback to enhance the student journey experience.
- Support promotional activities and cross-sell related programs.
- Escalate and resolve concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- An MBA or similar advanced degree is an added advantage.
- 02 years of relevant domestic experience in customer service, inside sales, or counseling roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven with strong negotiation abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude to learn.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
