You will be responsible for counselling students/parents, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them choose the right programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative selling, thrives under targets, and wants to directly impact students careers.

We're looking for ambitious, target-driven individuals to join our Education Sales team. You will be responsible for counselling students/parents, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them choose the right programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative selling, thrives under targets, and wants to directly impact students careers.

Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs and career paths
  • Handle inbound leads and drive outbound follow-ups to convert prospects into enrollments
  • Own the entire sales funnel: lead qualification → counselling → follow-ups → closure
  • Build trust with students/parents through structured and empathetic conversations
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets
  • Conduct detailed product/program walkthroughs and address objections effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and student experience

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years (Sales Executive) / 3–5 years (Senior Sales Executive) in Education Sales / EdTech / Counselling

Required Skills

  • Strong track record of achieving sales/enrollment targets
  • Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
  • Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-intensity, target-driven environment
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week (including weekends, if required)

Preferred Skills

  • High ownership and accountability mindset
  • Empathy-driven selling approach (not just transactional sales)
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand student needs
  • Hustle, resilience, and consistency under pressure

Good to Have

  • Experience in selling high-ticket education programs
  • Prior exposure to inside sales / telesales
  • Background in career counselling or student advisory
