Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, based in Ernakulam. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the study abroad process. Daily responsibilities include providing consultations, assisting with university applications, advising on educational opportunities, and supporting students in meeting admission requirements. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with universities and ensuring an excellent customer service experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and General Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Experience in Sales, including the ability to effectively convey information and assist decision-making
- Understanding of the Education sector, particularly in the context of international study processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site office environment
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
