Role Description

This is a on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at J D College of Engineering & Management(JDCOEM), located in Nagpur. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes facilitating enrollment procedures, assisting with admissions events, and maintaining accurate records of prospective and enrolled students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students, parents, and colleagues
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and helpful support
• Sales and persuasion skills to effectively guide prospective students in understanding the benefits of enrolling at the institution
• A background or experience in Education or working within an academic environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
• Proficiency in using admission-related software or CRM tools is a plus
