Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor for our West Delhi location. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed program information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Key responsibilities include counseling students, maintaining clear communication, achieving enrollment targets, and collaborating closely with the sales and customer service teams to deliver personalized support to potential students.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries efficiently
• Sales and counseling skills to guide students toward informed decisions
• Familiarity with the education sector and program offerings
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic computer proficiency CRM experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree is an asset
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or sales is a plus
