About the Role
We are looking for passionate and dynamic Admission Counsellors to join our Admissions team. In this role, you will guide prospective students through their academic journey, ensuring they make informed decisions about their education. You will be responsible for managing student inquiries, counselling sessions, and guiding applicants through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents on programs, eligibility, and career pathways.
- Manage student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads) and convert them into admissions.
- Conduct information sessions, presentations, and one-to-one counselling.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in CRM/ERP systems.
- Support outreach activities such as education fairs, school visits, and webinars.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Ensure an excellent student experience throughout the admission lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
- 26 years of experience in student counselling/admissions (International Education experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
- Target-oriented with a track record of achieving results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
