Role Description

The Admissions Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment. Daily tasks will include providing detailed information about the institution's programs, conducting consultations and interviews, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless admission experience. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, executing outreach initiatives, and maintaining positive relationships with potential applicants. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Customer Service and Sales skills to provide support and address inquiries
• Familiarity with the Education industry and admission processes
• Understanding of diverse cultural perspectives and the ability to work in a global environment
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is a plus
