Role Description

We are seeking a motivated full-time Admissions Counselor to join our on-site team in New Delhi. The Admissions Counselor will engage with parents to understand their needs, guide them through the school admission process, and provide expert advice. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong communication with clients, assisting with school comparisons and applications, and achieving admissions targets. The counselor will also work collaboratively with the team to ensure an outstanding user experience for parents and schools.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication abilities
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on understanding client needs and providing solutions
• Proven sales abilities, with a results-oriented approach to meeting targets
• Experience in or knowledge of the education sector, B2C sales experience
• Proficiency in using technology and software tools to manage processes
• Resourceful and empathetic approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in admissions or counseling will be an added advantage
