Excellent negotiation skills when dealing with students and professionals

Responsibilities and Qualifications -

Prior experience in counseling for competitive exams like UPSC

UPSC aspirants (past or present) are highly encouraged to apply

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Contact verified leads to convert them into customers

Identify customer needs and provide accurate course details

Regularly follow up with previous leads

Engage with customers and ensure high satisfaction

Requirements: A laptop is mandatory for this role.
