About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and drive enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain student data and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Build and maintain relationships with students and parents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education sector (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven mindset
