Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Bengaluru. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, coordinate admissions-related tasks, and guide them through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication, and collaborating with the education team to meet admissions goals. The role requires fostering meaningful connections with prospective students and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the institution's offerings.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication, with an ability to connect and engage effectively with individuals.
Customer Service expertise to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the admissions process.
Experience or skills in Sales to encourage prospective students to enroll and meet admissions objectives.
Knowledge and understanding of the Education industry to provide accurate guidance and support.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as required.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
Salary: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/-
