Job Summary:

Chandigarh University is hiring experienced Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide academic counselling, and support enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on programs, eligibility, and career options.
• Assist applicants with admission requirements and documentation.
• Handle student queries via calls and follow-ups.
• Maintain applicant data and updates in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions.
• Work towards enrollment targets while following university policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1 year of experience in admissions / academic counselling/education sales
• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
