Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
- Counsel students and parents on online degree programs and career courses
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable university programs
- Guide Students through the end-to-end admission process (Application to Enrollment)
- Convert leads into paid enrollments
- Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in English and Hindi (Verbal and written) language
- Strong communication, Interpersonal & convincing skills
- Ability to handle student queries and provide effective solutions
- Self motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Willing to work in a high-growth sales environment
