Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Admissions Counselor who is passionate about sales and career growth. This role is ideal for candidates who want to earn, learn, and grow simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
  • Counsel students and parents on online degree programs and career courses
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable university programs
  • Guide Students through the end-to-end admission process (Application to Enrollment)
  • Convert leads into paid enrollments
  • Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in English and Hindi (Verbal and written) language
  • Strong communication, Interpersonal & convincing skills
  • Ability to handle student queries and provide effective solutions
  • Self motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Willing to work in a high-growth sales environment
