As an Admissions Counselor at Career Mantra Education Services India, based in Gwalior, you will play a full-time, on-site role. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing tailored educational guidance, and ensuring a seamless admissions process. Your daily tasks will include offering counseling sessions, assisting students with college and course selection, addressing queries, and managing communication efficiently. You will also work closely with families, delivering high-quality customer service and staying updated on educational programs and admission trends.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and educational institutions
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and Sales to guide students and ensure a positive experience
• Knowledge in the Education sector and understanding of various courses, colleges, and admission processes both in India and abroad
• Ability to comprehend students goals and aspirations with the intent to provide customized advice
• Experience in counseling, educational advisory, or related roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in regional languages and a strong level of cultural sensitivity
