About the Role
Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS) is looking for dynamic and experienced Admissions Counselors to engage with parents and students exploring our Premium Residential Football Academies.
It is a consultative, relationship-driven position for professionals who can manage high-ticket admissions, guide families through important education and sports investment decisions, and deliver an exceptional enrolment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with parents and players enquiring about BBFS Residential Academies.
- Understand each student's football background, academic goals, and readiness for long-term development programs.
- Present program details training modules, academic pathways, fees, outcomes, and travel plans with clarity and empathy.
- Manage the full counselling and conversion cycle from enquiry to enrolment.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and communication.
- Achieve enrolment targets through effective follow-up, relationship-building, and credibility-driven counselling.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in education counselling, premium program sales, or parent engagement roles.
- Proven success in selling high-ticket programs (410L) such as study abroad, boarding schools, sports academies, or travel experiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in speaking with parents and decision-makers.
- Passionate about sports, youth development, and education.
- Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven, yet purpose-led environment.
