Qualification: BBA / BCom / BA / BCA

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Admission Counselor to guide and support students in choosing the right career training programs. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, explaining course details, and assisting them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about training programs and career opportunities.

Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.

Explain course details, fee structure, and placement opportunities.

Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain student data and admission records.

Coordinate with the marketing and training team for admissions and batches.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to convince and guide students regarding career programs.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve admission targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer support.

Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
