Admissions Associate - Growth

We were established in the mid 2000s, a leading Educational Consulting Agency and an AIRC Certified International Education and Career consultant. However now we are a fast growing startup looking to make a major impact in the industry we are scaling up our team!

Location: Andheri (E) - Near the Station (On site)

We're looking for a hands-on admissions & applications specialist to help scale our admissions vertical. You'll be responsible for turning student shortlists into high-quality, error-free, on-time university applications across major English speaking destinations

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end applications: Familiarity with B2B portals (E.g SI-UK)
• Create & maintain country-wise checklists, documents, deadlines.
• Coordinate with students on post application admission support
• Ensure accurate submissions, correct formats, translations & compliance.
• Track offers, update CRM, and maintain strong student communication.
• Liaise with university reps and agencies for timely updates

What You Bring

• 1–3 years experience in study abroad/admissions/application ops.
• Strong attention to detail & ability to manage 30–60 live applications.
• Clear communication with students & parents.
• Comfortable with CRMs, Google Sheets, and university portals.
• Fast, organised, process-oriented.
